· Aided in building multiple functioning co-taught classrooms with emphasis based in disadvantaged student needs.

· Constructed lesson plans for varied instructional methods including virtual and hybrid learning opportunities.

· Maintained relationships inside and outside the school with a wide variety of students, faculty, and community partners.

· Developed and performed teaching expectations under duress of minimal time, instruction, and resources.

· Juggled responsibility of three independent preps with expectation to capitalize on own knowledge and capabilities.

· Constructed objective rubrics and maintained fair grading policies for multiple assignment types including essays, quizzes, and worksheets.

· Planned and prepared alongside coordinating teacher for the transition to online learning during 2020 COVID-19 quarantine.

· Sustained student learning during unique situation that removed the regular teacher from the classroom for multiple weeks and aided in adjusting objectives and expectations in the classroom.

· Designed and executed a formal lesson plan alongside co-teacher on the subject of plagiarism and citation utilizing MLA formatting.
